1. Please note all prices
quoted within subject to change if not confirmed by management within 8 weeks of
the event.
2. 8.75% tax and 18% gratuity
will be added to your bill. Tax Exempt organizations must present Tax
Exempt form with deposit.
3. A $50.00 deposit is required
upon confirmation of reservation.
4. Payment shall be made the
day of the function by cash, check, or credit card.
5. Deposits made to Transit
Lanes are non-refundable. Deposits must be paid at time of reservation to
guarantee space.
6. It is imperative that
Transit Lanes be notified of the exact number of guests at least one (1) week
before your event. This will be considered a guaranteed count for which
you will be charged even if fewer guests attend. Management reserves the
right to charge for extra guests on day of event.
7. A tentative booking will be
held for one week only.
8. Liquor, Wine, and other
beverages may not be brought in from outside sources.
9. We maintain the right to
refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any guest at our sole discretion.
10. Carry-out of any kind is
not permitted. |
